Operated by Oregon Translational Research and Development Institute (OTRADI), the Oregon Bioscience Incubator (OBI) is the state’s first and only bioscience-focused incubator.

The multi-client company bioscience complex provides startups and scientists access to entrepreneurial mentoring, state-of-the-art bioscience facilities, meeting space, and shared equipment.

Located on Portland’s South Waterfront, in the heart of the health and sciences cluster at 4640 S Macadam Avenue and is within walking distance of OHSU.

The OBI is approximately 20,000 square feet and includes state-of-the-art private bioscience lab and office space, shared equipment labs and instrumentation, and shared-use conference space for meetings and events.
